Henry earned a B.A. from Vassar College and an M.B.A from Yale School of Management. He joined Fiduciary Trust Comany, a global investment manager, in 1994 and has since become President and CEO. He is a trustee of the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation (which is dedicated to improving the training of medical professionals). He is the chair of the investment committee of the Josiah Macy, Jr. Foundation and of Vassar College. He is involved with the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the New York Public Library's Financial Services Leadership Forum and the New York Botanical Garden. Henry and his wife are interested in horticulture and live in a 6956 square foot home valued at $4,393,478.
