Debra earned a B.A. at Vassar College ('74) and a J.D. from Albany Law School. She is a member the New York Bar Association, the American Bar Association. She has spent over 30 years working as several roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and JPMorgan Private Bank. There, she has helped "wealthy families and individuals develop wealth strategies to meet their very personal and often complex international objectives." Debra has previously served as CEO of the firm’s Wealth Advisory and Trust & Estate practices, CEO of JPMorgan Private Bank for Europe, Mideast and Africa, and now serves as Vice Chairman and Global head of The Philanthropy Centre for JPMorgan Private Bank. JPMorgan has faced multiple accusations, charges, and fines—most notably for failing to prevent Bernie Madoff from defrauding thousands of investors of billions of dollars.
